GENERAL REGULATIONS
Products eligible for exchange must be new, unused, unwashed, unstained, free from any unusual odors, and have all original tags attached.
The exchange policy applies only once per order.
Exchanges are only applicable to products of equal or higher value (at the original price).
EXCHANGE & RETURN CONDITIONS
Customers receive a product with the wrong color, size, or design.
The product has a manufacturing defect.
Customers are advised to record a video while opening the package so that Mộc Trà can provide the best possible support.
Returns and exchanges do not apply to products damaged due to improper or careless use by the Customer or defects arising from third parties.
EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
Exchange or return requests must be made within 3 days from the date of delivery.
The replacement product will be delivered within 7–12 days, calculated from the date Mộc Trà receives the returned product.
Note: Please keep your purchase invoice. Mộc Trà does not accept exchange or return requests for orders that do not meet all of the above conditions.
