PAYMENT POLICY
Mộc Trà offers two payment methods depending on the product status:
• For in-stock products:
Customers are required to pay 100% of the order value via bank transfer before delivery.
• For made-to-measure products, customers may choose one of the following payment methods:
Pay 100% of the order value upon confirmation of the made-to-measure order.
Pay a 50% deposit upon confirmation of the made-to-measure order. The remaining 50% of the order value will be paid once the product is completed and ready for delivery. Please contact Mộc Trà's Fanpage for assistance with this payment option.
